 What having a healthy lifestyle means to you?

I draw on my decades of work and life experience and the challenges of people I have helped as a health and wellbeing coach and mentor to unpick what I believe are the key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle. My background embraces working in radio and television latterly at executive level, as a media consultant, a rare breed pig, cattle & sheep farmer, speaker, writer & business development coach as well as the health and wellbeing work I have been involved in for the past 14 years.  I don’t know all in the answers hence it’s a work in progress!!!
