I fell in love with yoga when I first stepped onto a mat 29 years ago and it’s been part of me ever since. In 2016 I achieved my dream to become a yoga teacher and it is an absolute pleasure to share my practice with other yogis.
I teach Hatha Yoga and love how we can bring the mind to stillness by the union of the mind, body and breath. I truly believe that yoga is suitable for everyone – all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. Yoga increases core strength, improves flexibility and relieves stress. If you can breathe you can do yoga and you don’t have to be flexible to enjoy it!
I am really looking forward to being part of the Healthy Lifestyle Show and meeting new yogis. My sessions will be suitable for all levels and beginners are especially welcome. I teach in an easy to understand, practical style and have been known to say something silly in the middle of class and get the giggles!
