Claire Mckeown is a Mindset and Motivational Coach, fully qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP expert and Law of Attraction Trainer.

For many years Claire worked successfully in education and training, rising through the ranks to senior Manager position, until one day in 2014 she decided, almost overnight  to leave it all behind to follow her dream and passion of running her own therapy business and ‘True Potential Hypnotherapy’ was launched.

She works globally with clients young and old, from all walks of life. Her passion is helping people, many who have had traumatic experiences, to remove unwanted patterns of behaviour, let go of the past, overcome obstacles and live life to the full.

Claire recognises that the Law of Attraction is a significant aspect of ensuring her clients achieve amazing results. She now runs successful workshops and trainings on Law of Attraction across the Midlands to help people to live the best life that they can.


Law of Attraction, What is it?

Have you heard about the Law of Attraction? Perhaps you have seen the film from 2007 ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne or even read her book.

If not that’s ok, because, to be honest if you believe ‘like attracts like’ then you will believe in Law of Attraction. You will also be in very elite company, because there are many famous people that have used the Law of Attraction to achieve their dreams and goals. The likes of Oprah Winfrey, Jim Carey, Lady Gaga to name but a few.

It’s important to know that In fact you create your own reality! Because where you place your focus on is what you will attract to you. If you spend your days worrying, getting anxious or thinking about things you regret from the past, you will just bring more things to you to regret in your future.

The Law of Attraction is working in your life whether you’re aware of it or not and whether you want it to or not. Learning more about it will explain why you are attracting the things in your life that you do whether it’s good or bad, positive or negative.

Once you understand this concept you can choose to take some control of your future. You can start to live and think in a more positive way and attract even more positive events and experiences into your life.

Whatever you want, whatever your dreams and goals are, knowing about the Law of Attraction can help you to achieve them. You can learn how to become mindful of your own thoughts, you know that ‘inner negative chatter’ that stops you believing in yourself!  And understand how you can quickly change them to ensure you get the best results every day. I realise that we can’t always control our circumstances, but be sure we can control our responses to them.
